With magnificent Princes Street views from the balcony overlooking the Castle, Gardens and Art Galleries with all amenities, shops, restaurants, theatres, museums, cinemas, pubs and clubs within walking distance.

Bed + Breakfast (or self catering) - take breakfast on balcony.
Double bedroom sleeps two (en-suite - shower, toilet & wash-hand basin). Hairdryer, shaver point, ironing facilities.

Large lounge (approx 19ft x 16ft) with balcony overlooking Castle & Princes Street Gardens. Television, video player, hi-fi system etc.

L-shaped kitchen/dining room - seats four.

To welcome you there will be a few bottles of Scottish wines & beers and books on Scotch Whisky & Edinburgh.
Festivals
Visit during August for the most prestigious Festivals in Europe, if not the world. As well as the main Festivals there are impromtu and informal events in the High Street & at the foot of The Mound.
 At the Fringe Festival you can see both well-known comedians, actors and personalities together with new talent in a wide range of productions.
